Sesuvium sp.
 
Sesuvium sp. Away from its family's usual habitat of Southern Africa, Sesuvium is a member of the Mesembryanthemum family which is endemic to the Galapagos Islands.
Land Iguana with Sesuvium sp. Two species of Land Iguana (Conolophus sp.) are found in the Galapagos. Their food includes grazing on the Sesuvium plants and also eating fallen pads from the Opuntia cacti.
